The Human Resources department plays a crucial role within support functions by overseeing our most valuable asset: our talented employees. Whether through recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, or internal communication, the HR department strives to create a pleasant and fulfilling environment for employees.

The Communication and Marketing department is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote Lhyfe's image and market its products. It oversees external communication including public relations, website, social media, and events management.

The Finance department plays a central role in the overall financial management of the company. Corporate finance is responsible for strategic financial planning, investment management, and relationships with external investors. In parallel, internal finance oversees cash flow management, budgeting, accounting, and internal financial control. Together, these two components of the Finance department ensure efficient and transparent financial management, supporting the company's strategic decisions and fostering its development.

The legal department is responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to the company in all aspects of its activities. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, managing disputes, regulatory compliance, protection of intellectual property rights, and managing legal risks. By closely collaborating with various departments, the legal department ensures that the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby minimizing legal risks and protecting its interests.

Comprising Project Development Managers, Energy Portfolio Managers specializing in Renewables, and Partnership and Acquisition Managers, this team collaborates with Sales to identify opportunities, works alongside the Technical team to develop projects, and secures financing for Lhyfe's initiatives.

The EU projects & Subsidies team plays a crucial role in the deployment phase of our production plants. They are responsible for securing subsidies from regional, national, and European programs for projects developed by Lhyfe across Europe and globally, encompassing the deployment of production sites and R&D projects.

The Solution Team diligently focuses on crafting our technical proposals and driving standardization efforts on a daily basis. During the pre-project phase, they offer valuable engineering insights to our Sales team, ensuring meticulous attention to risks, costs, and project evaluations. Additionally, they assist our Technical team by offering predefined concepts and deployment guidelines to streamline workflow efficiency.

The Engineering Office is made up of experts in various fields, including Civil Engineering, Processes and Piping, Power Electronics, Process Control, Mechanical Engineering and Installation & Commissioning. These specialists work together to design and draw up plans for our production sites. Their combined expertise ensures the delivery of innovative and efficient projects that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The Onshore Deployment team holds primary responsibility for managing Lhyfe site projects, overseeing aspects such as budget, schedule, and
performance throughout the construction phase. Moreover, they offer invaluable technical expertise to our Sales & Development Business Unit during the initial stages (development phase) of projects. -
The Software Project & Innovation team ensures that our tools to manage the production sites remotly work properly.
Made up of experts in simulation, optimisation, data and software, they develop data feedback and management software and optimisation methodologies.
As innovation is the lifeblood of Lhyfe, this team guarantes Lhyfe's lead in renewable hydrogen production technologies.

Our Offshore team is tasked with spearheading the development efforts for our offshore sites. This entails ensuring alignment with Lhyfe's strategy through meticulous consideration of technical concepts, economic analyses, contractual strategies, and financial matters. Additionally, the team works on a daily basis to manage studies into ocean reoxygenation.

The IT department is responsible for several critical missions. It ensures the security of our computer systems by implementing advanced cybersecurity measures. Additionally, it manages the administration of systems and networks to ensure optimal operation of our infrastructure.
The IT department also designs the architecture of infrastructures and services, thus ensuring efficient and scalable integration of our technologies.Finally, it provides high-quality IT support to our employees, taking care of the supply of hardware and helping them to solve technical problems.

The HSE team is responsible for the safety of people and property, and for industrial risks within Lhyfe's establishments in France and internationally.
It defines, adapts and develops the company's QHSE policy in conjunction with other policies (HR, marketing, technical, purchasing, etc.) and in line with general strategy and internal and external challenges.

The quality team ensures that the products and services provided by Lhyfe adhere to quality standards, including ISO certifications. They establish and maintain a robust quality management system focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing company performance.

At the core of Lhyfe lies our O&M team, the heartbeat of our operations. Their daily mission is to ensure the seamless functioning of our sites. As experts in the operation and maintenance of green H2, they oversee the activity and availability of our plants while constantly seeking opportunities for enhancement. The Supply Chain team comprises specialists in Logistics, Assets, Customer Installations, SC Operations, and Lean Management. They hold the responsibility of orchestrating seamless flows among stakeholders in both the upstream and downstream supply chains, spanning from suppliers to customers.
