We are currently looking for our future “Corporate Finance Intern”, located in Paris.
Starting date: ASAP
Duration: 6-months
Your mission:
You will be part of the Corporate Finance department (7 people), covering a comprehensive number of topics related to the Group financing and Investor Relations strategy and its execution.
Your tasks and assignments will include, but will not be limited to:
Investor Relations & Market Intelligence
- Working closely with the Investor Relations Manager monitoring sell-side analysts’ reports, preparing reports for senior management and supporting earnings releases and presentations to equity analysts and investors;
- Preparing and answering questions from shareholders, investors and analysts;
- Industry analysis: conduct research and analysis on industry trends and market-related news, prepare peer reviews.
Treasury & Corporate Finance
- Supporting the Treasury Operations processes such as cash flow planning, guarantee management, cash management
- Playing an active role in the review and roll-out of the Group treasury management policies.
Project Finance and Corporate Development
- Assist in the preparation of project presentation materials, including business and financial reviews, addressed to the decision-making bodies (Finance Department, Investment Committee);
- Assist in the active monitoring and management of the group financed projects.
You will refer to the Investor Relations Manager and contribute to the day-to-day activity of the Corporate Finance department. You will be involved in critical projects that will help shape the future of Lhyfe.

Skills and requirements:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- You have a first successful experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Transaction Services;
- You are eager to learn about green hydrogen;
- Hardworking, curious, and proactive, you have outstanding analytical and communication skills;
- You are a strong team player, able to work accurately, diligently and independently to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in both French & English.
