To support the growth of our activities, we are recruiting a Sales & Business Support Specialist for our Cologne office, Germany.
V.I.E: 12 months
What does the Sales department at LHYFE do?
Our Business Developers are responsible for growing Lhyfe’s commercial activity by identifying hydrogen consumers and building strategic partnerships.
The German team is composed of three Business Developers and Pascal, our Sales Director, to whom you will report.
Your mission:
- Monitoring monthly KPIs and invoicing data.
- Tracking calls for tender and supporting Business Developers in responding to tenders and customer requests.
- Managing sales documentation including internal templates and project-related documents.
- Creating and updating sales templates.
- Preparing contract reviews in collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Supply).
- Updating and managing key documents such as customer reference lists, presentations, internal tools, and databases.
- Participating in trade fairs and industry events.
- Supporting customer follow-up and contributing to the organisation of the annual customer satisfaction survey.
< This position is designed to evolve over time, depending on your profile and aspirations.
< The variety of duties performed will also be related to the day-to-day activity of the team.
Skills and requirements:
Graduated with a degree in Business, Sales or a related field, you have at least some initial experience in administrative or commercial support roles, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
Your assets to succeed in this position:
- Fluent in German (essential)
- Comfortable working in English
- Confident with all MS Office applications
- You work carefully and in a structured manner
- You enjoy working in a team and are curious to explore new topics
- You are meticulous and organized, especially when it comes to administrative tasks such as price research, contract preparation, and documentation
